At Stimson Industries LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our detailing services and strive to exceed your expectations every time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of your service, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the quality of your detail, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will: Offer to re-inspect and correct any missed areas or concerns at no additional cost OR Provide a full refund if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved to your satisfaction
2. Eligibility for Refund To be eligible for a refund: You must contact us within 24 hours of the service The vehicle must remain in substantially the same condition as when the service was completed (no additional damage, spills, or dirt introduced after service) Refund requests must include a clear explanation and, if possible, photos of the concern

4. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
5. Limitations This policy does not cover dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., permanent stains, deep scratches, or wear) that are disclosed during service Excessive or fraudulent claims may be denied at our discretion
